Post Sub-Breed Submissions
Submit potential sub-breeds in a reply to this thread. Here is the sub-breed site, which will provide all information on sub-breeds. Before submitting a sub-breed be sure that you understand the sub-breed rules. You can also find the submission forms on the rule page.

I am sure all potential sub-breed creators have noticed a lack of moderators checking the old thread that contained sub-breed submissions. The staff would like to sincerely apologize for this. :( Many of you have waited an incredible amount of time for your sub-breed to be accepted. Unfortunately, you will have to continue to wait. Staff members are now working our way through the old thread. We will move as swiftly as time allows.
If you would like your old submission to be bumped feel free to resubmit them on this thread. All new submissions will be checked as soon as possible.

To prevent this thread from becoming cluttered, please do not comment on other user's submissions.

Best of luck to all users submitting potential sub-breeds, new and old!

Post Re: NEW Sub-Breed Submission Topic
**Announced December 8, 2012**
I am sure most of us have noticed, but for the ones who haven't, the sub-breed submission forms for all creature types have been updated with a new look. I am sure members have noticed this new form- they've been around since July. I just thought I would announce, and remind, everyone of these new forms, which can be found on the sub-breed rules page. All submissions forms should be filled out using the sub-site: do NOT simply copy another user's submission and put your information in. The new form is much more effective, explains what we are looking for, and saves us more time.

Any ChatterChimp, FuzCub, ScuttleBug, FairyFrog, BrumbleBear, Beakling or TurtleTot submission after this announcement will not be checked until the form is correctly filled out. I will also mention that it is not sub-breed support staff's job to notify you that we aren't checking your submission. I think it'd save yourself, and our time if you fill the proper form out the first time.

Thank you all who have been using the form already!
------------------------------------------------------------

The following is a example of how each submission should look, if they were done correctly. Before posting your submission please compare it with the submissions below.
Do note though, links to the creatures will not lead you to developed lines. It isn't important for an example/comparison.

Fuz Cub Submission form

Perfect Adult:

Wild creature:
http://creaturebreeder.com/creature/view/4647343

I have been working on these creatures for Four Years.

How I decided on a name for my creature:
The original line founder was called Chigusa, and I shorten it to Chiggy in my notes. I thought it would be funny to call them "Get Chiggy With It" because it sounds similar to the song.

What makes my creature unique:
They have a distinct spot pattern.

The hardest part of making my sub potential:
I had trouble breeding out light blue spots, and breeding in dark blue spots.

Code:
<p><a href="http://creaturebreeder.com/creature/view/4647343" target="_blank"><img src="/subbreeds/fuzcub/images/Get Chiggy With It.gif" alt="Get Chiggy With It" width="100" height="100" hspace="3" border="0" align="left" /><strong>Get Chiggy With It</strong></a><br />
These cubs have small ears, large blue eyes, a small nose, and Dark Blue spots on a Pink Peach color body.<br>
These Fuzcubs aren't really anything special, but I put a lot of work into creating them. The two V's are really neat, in my opinion.<br>

Wild creature:

I have been working on these creatures for Six Years.

How I decided on a name for my creature:
They're wearing Neck Ties!

What makes my creature unique:
They are the only sub-breed that wears ties, no matter the gender!

The hardest part of making my sub potential:
Breeding out spots was incredibly hard.

Wild creature:
http://creaturebreeder.com/creature/view/4603590

I have been working on these creatures for Five Years.

How I decided on a name for my creature:
I actually didn't. The name was suggested, and then the forum voted on it!

What makes my creature unique:
These bugs are the only ones that have such a wonderful rustic color scheme.

The hardest part of making my sub potential:
Eye color and spike color was a tie! Both were very difficult.

FuzCub Submission form
Ear Size: Small
Eye Size: Medium
Eye Color: Blue
Nose Size: Tiny
Spot Color: Yellow
Spot Pattern: Angel
Body Color: Chocolate brown
Notes: The pattern looks like an angel to me. The two top spots are the halo, the three furthest to their right spots are one wing, the two spots to their left are the other wing, the spot between the eyes is the head, and the last three are the robes.
These were originally started by Axanii who gave them to me to do as I wished with as long as they are given credit.
Name of the potential Sub-Breed: Angel Cubs
How long have you been working on them: 2 to 2 and a half years
A link to an Adult perfect specimen: http://creaturebreeder.com/creature/view/8358538
A link to a perfect specimen in the wild: http://creaturebreeder.com/creature/view/8358537
The name/handle of the creator: OnlyFuzz
What makes your potential sub breed unique to all the other sub breeds? The patter they display is an angel, and the body color and spot color contrast very nicely.
What was the hardest thing to breed for when you were working on your potential sub breed? Getting the spot just how I wanted them. I spend quite a while trying to get the wing on their left to be more than just one dot.

What makes your potential sub breed unique to all the other sub breeds? Their sapphire-blue eyes pop out at you because they don't match the rest of their body. Everything else is a brownish-red color, while the eyes are a bright blue.
What was the hardest thing to breed for when you were working on your potential sub breed? The hardest thing to breed for was the spot pattern, because it was randomized for awhile until I figured out how to control it.

@Mods: I forgot how long I had been working on them, but you can trace the lines of these bears back to my pets, Deuce and Artemis, who were bought by me within days of each other from the store on two different accounts, my CB account lizzie2207689, and its predecessor, lizzie22076, which are both empty at present. If you would like me to back up that claim, I also have both of the passwords for both accounts and can log into them if you wish. Also, I was confused as to whether you wanted me to state how long they'd been finished or how long it took me to get from Deuce and Artemis to finished product.

What was the hardest thing to breed for when you were working on your potential sub breed? Finding a nice pattern for the dots. They were all over in the beginning.
